  Carrot & Gibbs bow ties are far and away the best, possibly in the world. In the past, I have purchased their bow ties at retail outlets with great satisfaction. I had an issue come up with an online order that was made in the second week of December and had some issues contacting them due to the holidays. However, much to my pleasant surprise, I was contacted by the owner Neil Borin on a day that the office was supposed to be closed. He bent over backward to make everything right and I could not be more satisfied. I truly believe that the measure of an organization is how they respond when things do not go as expected, and Carrot & Gibbs went well beyond reasonable expectation. I will remain a loyal customer.
